Summary

Description
Eesti: Videos leiab tõendust in situ, et lülijalgsed võivad samblike vegetatiivseid leviseid kanda. 10x suurendusega luubi UV365-valguse käes on näha tera-lagusambliku (Parmeliopsis hyperopta) tallust, mille peal asuvad UV käes helendavad soreedide e. sambliku vegetatiivsete leviste kerajad kogumikud. Olen välitöödel UV-valgusega luubi abil samblikke määranud u 10 a, kuid kunagi varem pole taolise baasteaduse valdkonda kuuluva tõenduse peale sattunud. Video esmakordne esitus TÜ LKB töörühma instagrammi lehel @ut_looduskaitsebioloogid, 26. augustil 2019.
English: Proved in situ that arthropods can carry lichen soredia. The video (saved with smart-phone) presents the unique moment during my fieldworks (lichen inventory), when arthropod (spider) was walking over thallus of Parmeliopsis hyperopta, and some soredia (i.e. vegetative dispersal units) have adhered to the spider's body and legs. Thallus is seen under 10x magnification and UV365-light was switched on (soredia are shining, but not the cortex of the thallus). Last second of the video presents the situation under normal daylight. This video illustrates in situ that arthropods can carry lichen dispersal units. I published the video in our workgroup insta page @ut_looduskaitsebioloogid on August 26, 2019.
