In 1993 [[Organization:Hermann-Oberth-Gesellschaft|Hermann-Oberth-Gesellschaft]], Otto-Lilienthal-Gesellschaft, Gesellschaft für Raketentechnik und Weltraumfahrt e.V. and Fachverband für Luftfahrt e.V. were combined to form Deutschen Gesellschaft für Luft- und Raumfahrt - Lilienthal - Oberth e.V.
